Will Conroy, a member of the Cleveland Cavaliers summer league roster led the 2008 Orlando Pro Summer League, which took place earlier this month, in assists averaging 5.6 assists per game. While on the New Jersey Nets roster in Orlando, the NBA D-League veteran excelled in other facets as well, posting 28 assists and only seven turnovers while shooting .500 (8-16) from the field. Conroy, who is the D-League's all-time leader in triple-doubles, received three GATORADE Call-Ups during the 2006-07 season.

So far the only Thunderbirds player to have seen playing time during the 2008 NBA Summer League Presented by EA Sports in Las Vegas has been Cedric Bozeman, who in two games is averaging nine points, four rebounds and 1.5 assists for the Los Angeles Lakers.
