BOISE, Idaho, August 31, 2011 – The Idaho Stampede will hold open player tryouts in Boise, as well as in the three cities represented by the club’s NBA affiliate teams: Denver, Colo., Portland, Ore. and Salt Lake City, Utah.

Open tryouts offer players the opportunity to showcase their abilities in front of Idaho Stampede coaching staff, including Head Coach Randy Livingston. Players will compete to earn an invitation to the Stampede’s official Training Camp in November. Applicants must be eligible to play in the NBA Development league and may pre-register by submitting the official registration, disclosure, and release forms, along with a $175 fee. The fee increases to $225 on the day of camp. Payments may be made by cash, cashier’s check or credit card.
