Originally an early entry candidate for the 2007 NBA Draft before withdrawing his name from consideration.
Career Highlights: Grew up with and has played professionally with Vojvodina in his native Novi Sad in Serbia. Earned a Serbian A1 League All-Star Game nod in 2006-07. Played with the Serbian National Team in the 2006 Global Games held in Dallas, the 2005 World University Games held in Izmir, Turkey, the 2005 U20 European Championships held in Moscow, and the 2004 U18 European Championships held in Zaragoza, Spain. Helped Serbia capture the bronze medal at the 2005 U20 European Championships. Averaged 3.3 points and 1.8 rebounds at the 2004 U18 European Championships held in Zaragoza, Spain.
2007-08: Averaged 13.3 points and 8.7 rebounds in Adriatic League play. Scored 20 or more points six times, with a high of 22 points at Zagreb. Posted seven double-doubles, including a 14-point and 18-rebound performance at Cibona. Earned Adriatic League All-Star honors.
2006-07: Averaged 6.4 points and 4.2 rebounds in 15.4 minutes a contest in A1 League play. Contributed 6.8 points and 5.6 rebounds in 17.2 minutes a contest in SuperLeague play. Appeared in six FIBA EuroCup contests, averaging 4.3 points and 3.3 rebounds in 15.5 minutes a game.
2005-06: Averaged 6.9 points and 3.2 rebounds in 13.7 minutes a contest in SuperLeague play. Averaged 6.5 points and 4.0 rebounds in 15.2 minutes a contest in Adriatic League play.
2004-05: Appeared in one Serbian A1 League game but did not score.
2003-04: Averaged 4.5 points and 2.3 rebounds in 8.7 minutes a contest in six A1 League (then known as YUBA) contests. Appeared in three FIBA EuroCup contests, averaging 3.3 points and 1.3 rebounds in 15 minutes a game.
Strengths: Developing big man who plays with aggressiveness. Has great size and strength. Can shoot a hook shot with either hand.
